Na-citrate 3.0 g

KCl 2.0 g

NaCl 200.0 g

4.98% FeSO4 in 0.0 1 N HCl 1.0 ml

Agar 20.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

pH 7.4

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
