Dissolve ingredients except cellobiose
and sulfide, flush medium with N2 gas for 30–60 min, dispense under
N2 gas atmosphere and autoclave at 121°C 15
min. Add cellobiose after autoclaving from an anoxic
stock solution sterilized by filtration and sulfide from a sterile (autoclave at 121°C 15 min), anoxic
stock solution prepared under N2.
Final pH of the medium 8.8-9.0.
