Dissolve ingredients (except lactate, bicarbonate and sulfide), boil medium for 1 min, then cool to room temperature under
80% N2 and 20% CO2 gas mixture. Dispense under same gas
atmosphere in culture vessels and autoclave at 121°C 15 min. Add sodium lactate and sulfide from sterile anoxic
stock solutions prepared under N2 and bicarbonate from a sterile
stock solution prepared under 80% N2 and 20% CO2 (all
solutions sterilize separately at 121°C 15 min).
Final pH of the medium 7.0-7.2
