pH 7.2 – 7.8

Solution B:

Na₂S × 9 H₂O 3.0 g

Distilled water 100.0 ml 

Trace element solution:

Fe(NH₄)₂(SO₄)₂ × 6 H₂O 784.0 mg

ZnSO₄ × 7 H₂O 143.6 mg

MnCl₂ × 4 H₂O 99.0 mg

Na₂SeO₄ 94.6 mg

H₃BO₃ 6.0 mg

Na₂WO₄ × 2 H₂O 33.0 mg

CuCl₂ × 2 H₂O 1.8 mg

CoCl₂ × 6 H₂O 238.0 mg

Ni(NH₄)₂(SO₄)₂ × 6 H₂O 395.0 mg

Na₂MoO₄ × 2 H₂O 24.0 mg

Vitamin solution:

Biotin 2.0 mg

Autoclave and add the following component after autoclaving from stock solutions: sterile solution B Na₂S (3%) end concentration 0.3% and filter-sterilized vitamin solution (see below) 0.1 ml /10 ml.
