473. MEDIUM FOR ALKALISALIBACTERUIM LIMINCOLA (ALM)

R2A MEDIUM (No. 292 from the list of nutrient media in the VKM catalogue), which was supplement with 5% (w/v) sea salt.

After autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min, adjust pH values up to 9.0-9.5 with separately sterilized 0.5% (w/v) Na₂CO₃.
