FeSO4 × 7 H2O 0.2 g
MnCl2 × 4 H2O 0.02 g
ZnSO4 × 7 H2O 0.1 g

Autoclave solutions 1, 2, MgSO4, NH4Cl, yeast extract and trace element solution separately at 121 C for 15 min and mix aseptically.
