Use H₂SO₄ 0.5 M solution to adjust pH to 6.5.

NaCl (25%) 12.5 mg

FeSO₄ x 7 H₂O 2.10 g

CoCl₂ x 6 H₂O 0.19 g

CuCl₂ x 2 H₂O 2.00 mg

The solution is filter-sterilized. The solution is kept at 4°C in the dark.

Dissolved oxygen should be removed from the medium by previous boiling and fast cooling. All the solutions (vitamins, trace element and Se/W solutions, organic substrate, NaOH solution and Na₂S solution) are to be added in a sterile medium after dissolved oxygen removing, just before inoculation.
