Peptone 5.0 g
Meat extract 3.0 g
Agar (if necessary) 15.0 g
Distilled water 1000.0 ml
Adjust pH 7.0. For Bacillus strains the addition of 10,0 mg MnSO4 x H2O is recommended for sporulation.
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
