7. OATMEAL AGAR (OA)
Oats 30.0 g
Agar 15.0 g
Tap water 1000.0 ml
Cook 20 g of oatmeal in 1000.0 ml tap water for 20 min, filter through 2 layers of gauze, dilute to 1000.0 ml and add 15.0 g agar.
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
